RemeOs™ Screw COM

RemeOs Screw COM is an absorbable osteopromotive screw made from magnesium alloy designed for the use in traumatic and orthopedic surgery for epi- and metaphyseal bone fractures (osteosynthesis), fixation and correction of deformities or malalignments in short bones of midfoot and hindfoot, and long bones of the upper and lower extremity.

Absorbs naturally into the body in two to three years and eliminates the need for a secondary surgery

Promotes rapid bone in-growth, regeneration, and replacement for faster, more effective healing

Headless, partially threaded, compression screw with cannulation and different thread pitches in screw ends

Compatible with radiographic tools and MRI conditional for enhanced diagnostic accuracy

For traumatic and orthopedic surgery for the fixation of bone fractures, osteosynthesis, and for the fixation after osteotomies.

The RemeOs Screw COM implant is made from biocompatible elements – magnesium, calcium, and zinc – and it ensures safe and effective healing without the use of rare earth elements (REE). It features a self-tapping design for easy insertion into cancellous bone, with surgical techniques similar to conventional metal implants, making it both efficient and familiar to use.
